Richard France realized success in Corporate America as an accountant working with several of the largest entertainment companies in the world. He then proceeded to build a business management firm where he thrived overseeing the financial portfolios of well-known professional athletes. However, it wasn’t until he discovered his gift for construction that he began to truly live his purpose.

Richard founded Labour of Love Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering benevolence, beauty and a sense of pride to underserved communities by making dream renovations a reality. He heads all facets of project management and oversees all components of the construction process. Through selfless, out-of-the-box building, he and his team reimagine and renovate individual and community properties to maximize their potential. For Richard, there are no boundaries, just possibilities!

BRANDON MARSHALL
Brandon Marshall is the creator of the wildly successful unscripted podcast, I Am Athlete (IAA), and the newly launched daily show, Paper Route. The platform has quickly garnered over 1 Million YouTube subscribers within its first few seasons. Co-hosted by Marshall and fellow former NFL stars, IAA is steadily gaining momentum by tackling essential and controversial topics around sports, culture, and society that meaningfully redefine what it means to be a celebrity in these turbulent times. Marshall has always been a vocal advocate for several socially conscious issues, especially his own battle with mental health.

Marshall spent 12 years in the National Football League as one of the top wide receivers in the game. He would spend his career shattering records and collecting countless awards and accolades. Now, just a few years into his retirement, Brandon continues to exceed expectations and redefine what it means to be an athlete.

Marshall is also the founder and CEO of House of Athlete. This lifestyle wellness brand provides every athlete of all levels access to the top-tier resources necessary to unlock their full potential and train like a pro. Brandon is utilizing his many years of experience with mental and physical health, to build an empire of limitless potential.

Marshall is also widely considered a pioneer and the face of mental health awareness. Through his many business ventures, he continues to serve his community by raising awareness through motivational speaking and providing access to mental and physical health resources.

In between wearing his many hats, Marshall is a two-time Emmy nominee for his role as a host on Paramount Networks Inside the NFL and was a contributor on The Drew Barrymore Show, and a co-host on Fox Sports hit show, “First Things First”.

TIFFANY LOWERY
Tiffany Lowery is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, mental health advocate, esteemed educator and inspiring speaker. She is passionate about educating youth and families on the importance of mental health awareness and crisis prevention. Her extensive experience includes working in the community mental health sector and providing counseling services to students across elementary, middle, and high schools. Driven by her commitment to making a difference, she perceives it as her calling to combat the stigmas surrounding mental health disorders, particularly within marginalized and disenfranchised communities. Currently, she runs her thriving private practice, Lowerywood Counseling Services.

Renowned for her transformative presentation, "It's OK To Not Be OK," Tiffany addresses the critical need to normalize seeking help and acknowledges the validity of struggling with life's challenges and overwhelming emotions. Through this empowering session, Tiffany equips her audiences with effective strategies to cope with unwanted symptoms and behaviors, heightens their awareness of emotional dysregulation signs, and enables them to identify triggers. Attendees benefit from her guidance on communication skills, tips for sharing feelings with friends and parents, and the importance of healthy socialization as a key tool for enhancing overall well-being.

In an era where anxiety and depression are reaching unprecedented levels among youth, Tiffany helps audiences understand the indicators for seeking additional support and provides valuable resources for doing so. By dispelling misconceptions surrounding mental health, she creates a nurturing environment that fosters connections through shared experiences, encourages questions, and reminds individuals that they are never alone in their struggles. Her overarching mission is to dismantle the social and economic barriers that perpetuate inequality in mental health. Tiffany is deeply committed to promoting self-worth, empowerment, well-being, and social justice for all. By fostering exposure, accessibility, and education, Tiffany believes that through collective efforts, we can prioritize mental health and create a community that thrives on compassion, understanding, and resilience.

Tiffany's holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Studies.

KIMBERLY GRAY
Kimberly Gray brings to the table years of insightful experience in advocacy, relationship management, and building fundraising and communications campaigns within the nonprofit sector. In the last two decades she has acted as an advocate of change and improvement and successfully built and executed strategic plans, directed community outreach projects, and managed diverse revenue streams. She is a catalyst for community action, improving outcomes for children and families, and promoting equitable experiences for people of color and underrepresented communities.
Kimberly currently serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships for Maternal Mental Health NOW. In this capacity, she works to cultivate relationships that foster sustainability and complement the vision to fulfill the organization's funding objectives. Kimberly’s passion for perinatal mental health is inspired by personal experience with pregnancy loss and motherhood. She is particularly interested in improving health outcomes for Black women. Kimberly co-created and chairs the Black Birthworkers Advisory Council, a co-design model to center community voices and facilitate connection between members of the Black birth workforce serving Los Angeles County’s Black birthing community.
Kimberly is a co-chair for the Funder’s Circle Workgroup for the South Los Angeles/South Bay African American Infant and Maternal Mortality Community Action Team (CAT). Additionally, she serves as Vice President, and founding board member for The E.M.B.R.A.C.E. Experience, whose goal is to promote leadership abilities and self-confidence in girls through cultural activity. Kimberly previously served on the Board of Advisors of the Maternal Mental Health Leadership Alliance to advise MMHLA’s Board of Directors and staff on issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion and to ensure that all policies and programs address racial inequities in perinatal mental health.
Kimberly has a B.S. in Business Administration from UNC Greensboro, a M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and was a former Juris Doctorate Candidate at NCCU School of Law.
